RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Tiff Áurea, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before completing your purchase.
ELIGIBILITY
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags attached
• Hygiene liner intact and undisturbed
• In original packaging
Swimwear with removed hygiene liners cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Items marked as non-returnable at checkout
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Email us at support@tiffaurea.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for size or color when available. Contact us at support@tiffaurea.com to request an exchange.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
SHIPPING RETURNS
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as Tiff Áurea is not responsible for lost returns.
