SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)
Standard Shipping — 5–7 business days Express Shipping — 2–3 business days Overnight Shipping — 1 business day
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary between 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total.
TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Tiff Áurea is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Tiff Áurea is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is placed.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@tiffaurea.com with photos of the damage. We will resolve it promptly.
